![]() ![]() If it were a player without the right perks and knowledge, doing the right events, it being less cost effective (maybe the wrong guns so spending too much ammo), they'd likely charge 20-40 caps each because of the recommended price, which the majority wouldn't pay as that feels too expensive. For me, I'm happy to sell those 120 glowing blood packs for 2c or to the train station vendors because I didn't spend to get them and I got XP while also getting some caps. Meanwhile, I just got all these things in my regular playing, then I crafted them for XP, and I doubled the amount. That means I can get up to 160 glowing blood backs. Where I'm at, I can do RR and walk out with anywhere from 40-80 glowing blood. I always use glowing blood packs as a good reference: I don't use stimpacks, I used to always do Tea Time, so I had a lot of tick blood. Some of us are more akin to Walmart whole others are that little mom/pop shop. Your gonna have stronger experienced players who sell things for cheap because it's cost effective for them, whole others may see the effort they're putting into finding/crafting something as worth more caps. When it comes to player vendors, it much like the real world. Prime example: the 3 rare colored baseball bats, they have a near nothing drop rate and are incredibly rare, but they coat the same amount as any other bat at a vendor. So when it comes to items the in-game value isn't exactly reliable, it's more what the value to a protectron vendor is imo. r/galaxynewsradio - Fallout-sounding music r/falloutcosplayers - Fallout-related cosplay r/Wasteland - A subreddit for the Wasteland games. r/thefalloutdiaries - Journal-like fan fiction. r/falloutmods - Fallout modding community r/classicfallout - Classic Fallout Games r/falloutlore - The lore of the Fallout series ![]() Removal or approval of all posts and comments in the end come down to moderator discretion.
